Welcome to FATELUMI, available at https://fatelumi.com (the “Website”).

FATELUMI is operated by WWW Holdings Ltd, trading as FATELUMI, a company registered in New Zealand (“FATELUMI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between FATELUMI and individuals who access or use our Website, accounts, digital readings, AI-generated interpretations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, requesting a reading, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, subscriptions, or purchases. Any such terms will be made available before the relevant transaction. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms govern that transaction to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

FATELUMI offers digital fortune-reading and personal-reflection experiences, which may include:

• Today's Fortune and daily horoscope readings.
• Tarot Reading.
• Love Compatibility.
• Yearly Fortune and annual forecasts.
• Question-based fortune guidance, when available.
• Other related digital content or features introduced from time to time.

Our Services may combine astronomical calculations, traditional interpretive systems, symbolic associations, user-provided information, and artificial intelligence.

All readings are intended for entertainment, inspiration, and personal reflection.

A reading is not a statement of fact about your future. No reading guarantees that a predicted event, relationship outcome, opportunity, or personal circumstance will occur.

Interpretations may differ depending on the information supplied, the reading method, the AI model, and the version of the Service.

Users should approach all readings as interpretive content rather than verified predictions.

FATELUMI does not provide professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other regulated advice.

No reading constitutes a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, professional assessment, investment recommendation, or instruction to undertake a particular action.

You must not rely solely on a reading when making significant decisions concerning your health, safety, relationships, employment, finances, investments, legal affairs, or personal wellbeing.

Where appropriate, consult a suitably qualified professional.

FATELUMI does not represent that its Services can identify medical conditions, determine the intentions of another person, guarantee romantic compatibility, predict investment performance, or establish the outcome of legal or financial matters.

Your decisions and actions remain your responsibility, subject to any rights and remedies provided by applicable law.

The Services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older.

By creating an account or using the Services, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction.

You must not misrepresent your age or create an account on behalf of an ineligible person.

We may restrict or close an account where we reasonably believe that the age requirement has not been met.

Certain features may require registration or an authenticated guest session.

You agree to provide accurate information where required for account administration and to maintain the security of your authentication credentials.

You must not:

• Share credentials in a manner that compromises account security.
• Access another person's account without authorisation.
• Impersonate another individual.
• Circumvent usage restrictions through automated or fraudulent activity.
• Create accounts primarily to abuse promotions, free access, or service limits.

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your account and devices.

Please notify us promptly at support@fatelumi.com if you suspect unauthorised account access.

We may require additional verification before responding to sensitive account requests.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or address security risks.

Depending on the Service, you may be asked to provide your date of birth, birth time, birthplace, current location, time zone, relationship-related details, or a personal question.

You are responsible for deciding what information to submit.

You should not submit unnecessary sensitive information, payment card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, or confidential information about another person.

Where a reading involves another individual, you must have a lawful basis for submitting that person's information.

A reading depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied.

Unknown or approximate birth times may affect the availability or reliability of certain calculations and interpretations.

Previously generated readings may reflect the information and methods in use when they were created. Updating your profile does not necessarily change earlier saved readings.

Some FATELUMI readings contain text generated by artificial intelligence.

AI systems may produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, inconsistent, inappropriate, or based on an incorrect interpretation of supplied information.

Although FATELUMI may use calculated inputs, validation procedures, and technical safeguards, these measures cannot eliminate all errors.

We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be free from factual mistakes or that it will accurately describe your personality, relationships, circumstances, or future.

Similar questions may produce different answers. Different users may occasionally receive similar language or interpretations.

AI-generated responses are not human professional consultations.

We may modify AI models, prompts, calculation methods, validation systems, or generation processes where reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the Services.

Such changes may affect the style, length, availability, or content of future readings.

Astrology, tarot, Saju-based interpretations, and other symbolic systems involve traditions and interpretive approaches that are not scientifically established methods of predicting individual future events.

The presence of astronomical calculations or structured mathematical methods does not establish that the resulting personal interpretations are scientifically validated predictions.

Tarot cards, symbols, compatibility scores, planetary aspects, and related interpretations should be understood within their entertainment and reflective context.

Compatibility scores do not establish the actual feelings, intentions, consent, fidelity, or future behaviour of another person.

FATELUMI does not guarantee any particular emotional, relationship, financial, or personal outcome from using these systems.

FATELUMI may provide free features, sample readings, trial access, temporary promotional access, or limited public testing.

Free or promotional access may be subject to service-specific limits, eligibility requirements, availability restrictions, and technical safeguards.

Sample content is intended to demonstrate the format or presentation of a Service and must not be represented as a personalised reading.

Temporary testing access does not create an entitlement to continued free access, Premium membership, or future paid features.

We may conclude a clearly identified testing programme at its stated expiry time.

Usage limits may apply to accounts, authenticated sessions, reading categories, or other reasonable abuse-prevention measures.

Previously generated content may remain stored while access to that content is governed by the applicable account entitlements and Privacy Policy.

At the date of these Terms, payment processing and paid subscriptions are not active on FATELUMI.

Any Premium access made available during the current testing period is provided for evaluation and does not, by itself, create a paid subscription.

When paid checkout becomes available, the confirmed FATELUMI Premium model is US$4.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. New eligible customers receive a one-time 3-day (72-hour) free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial, but no subscription fee is charged during the trial.

Before a customer authorises a subscription, checkout will disclose the price, currency, billing interval, trial expiry, included features, usage restrictions, and material conditions. Paid checkout is not yet available.

This description does not change existing trial expiry dates, previously granted account entitlements, or grandfathered access.

We may offer individual digital purchases, recurring subscriptions, promotional pricing, or different membership tiers.

A feature described as Premium does not necessarily imply that it is currently available for purchase.

The purchase conditions presented at checkout will form part of the relevant transaction.

When paid checkout becomes available, unless cancelled before the 72-hour free trial expires, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at US$4.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. The subscription then renews automatically every month unless cancelled.

Before authorising the subscription, the customer will be informed of:

• The recurring price and billing currency.
• The billing frequency.
• Whether the subscription renews automatically.
• The features and limits included.
• Any introductory or promotional pricing.
• How to cancel the subscription.
• When cancellation takes effect.

A recurring subscription will renew according to the conditions disclosed at checkout unless cancelled in accordance with those conditions.

We will not convert temporary free AI testing into a paid subscription without the customer taking the required steps to authorise a purchase.

Where applicable law requires notice, consent, or additional cancellation rights, those requirements will apply.

When paid checkout becomes available, customers can cancel through the available subscription-management interface. Cancellation before the free trial ends prevents the first subscription charge. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellation of a recurring subscription prevents future renewal charges and does not automatically reverse a charge already properly incurred.

Access continues until the applicable trial or paid subscription period expires, consistent with the applicable entitlement rules. Previously saved readings may remain stored, but continued access depends on the user's applicable entitlements.

All applicable statutory refund and consumer rights are preserved. Additional discretionary refund requests will be reviewed individually. We do not promise automatic discretionary refunds or a fixed refund window.

FATELUMI will not rely on a blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” policy to deny statutory rights.

If a digital service is defective, materially misdescribed, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to remedies under relevant law.

Statutory refund enquiries and discretionary refund requests may be submitted to support@fatelumi.com.

Stripe is FATELUMI's intended payment processor when paid checkout becomes available. Live billing is not currently enabled.

Payment card details are entered through Stripe-hosted payment interfaces, not FATELUMI's fortune-reading forms. FATELUMI receives and uses the customer, subscription, payment-status, and transaction information required to administer subscriptions and purchases.

Stripe's own privacy terms apply to its processing activities. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Applicable payment processing arrangements, transaction currencies, and any relevant payment terms will be disclosed when paid features are activated.

Customers are responsible for charges imposed independently by their financial institution, such as foreign exchange or international transaction fees, where applicable.

Any applicable taxes included in or added to the US$4.99 monthly price will be disclosed at checkout in accordance with applicable law. This does not represent that tax registration, automatic tax collection, or remittance arrangements are already configured.

We may suspend paid access where payment fails, subject to reasonable notice, applicable contractual terms, and consumer protection requirements.

FATELUMI may offer discount codes, promotional access, referral benefits, or other marketing incentives.

Each offer may be subject to disclosed eligibility criteria, validity dates, usage restrictions, and exclusions.

Unless the applicable offer expressly permits it, promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other offers.

We may decline fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, or unauthorised promotional redemptions.

We will not retrospectively remove a legitimately obtained benefit in a manner that breaches applicable law or the terms of the promotion.

Promotional offers do not automatically create an ongoing right to the same discount on future purchases.

FATELUMI may introduce referral or affiliate marketing programmes.

Participation as an affiliate, influencer, or referral partner will require acceptance of separate programme terms where applicable.

Those terms may address eligibility, referral attribution, commission rates, qualifying purchases, reversals, payment thresholds, prohibited promotional practices, and termination.

Ordinary use of a referral code does not make a customer an employee, agent, or business partner of FATELUMI.

Affiliate commissions are not owed merely because an individual shares a link or code unless the applicable affiliate agreement provides otherwise.

This section does not establish that an affiliate programme is currently active.

FATELUMI may introduce advertising-supported access, including optional rewarded advertisements.

If such features become available, their conditions will be disclosed in the relevant user interface.

Advertising availability may vary by region, device, eligibility, and advertising inventory.

A user will not be guaranteed that a rewarded advertisement is available at every request.

Any advertising-related personal information processing will be addressed in the applicable Privacy Policy and consent notices.

Advertisements displayed by third parties do not necessarily represent an endorsement by FATELUMI.

The FATELUMI name, branding, website design, original text, software, visual assets, and other protected materials belong to FATELUMI or their respective rights holders.

Except where expressly permitted, you must not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, or commercially exploit protected Service materials without authorisation.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, FATELUMI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the Services for lawful personal purposes.

You may share individual readings for ordinary personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not falsely claim ownership of FATELUMI branding or misrepresent the source of the content.

No provision in these Terms transfers ownership of FATELUMI software, trademarks, databases, or proprietary systems to a user.

You retain any rights you hold in the questions and information you submit.

By submitting content, you authorise FATELUMI and its necessary service providers to process that content for the purpose of providing, storing, securing, and supporting the Services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

This permission is limited to the purposes reasonably necessary for providing the Services and does not constitute a transfer of ownership of your submitted content.

You must not submit content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.

We may refuse or restrict content where reasonably necessary to address safety, security, unlawful activity, or technical misuse.

You must not:

• Attempt to compromise or bypass security controls.
• Interfere with authentication or access restrictions.
• Use automated scripts to generate excessive readings.
• Reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited by applicable law.
• Scrape or systematically harvest user data or Service content.
• Submit malicious code or harmful technical payloads.
• Abuse promotional, referral, or trial systems.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the Services to threaten, harass, defraud, or exploit others.
• Interfere with the normal operation or availability of the Website.

We may take proportionate action against violations, including temporary restrictions or account suspension.

FATELUMI relies on software, hosting, database, authentication, networking, and AI services.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable or delayed because of maintenance, capacity limitations, network failures, provider interruptions, security incidents, or other circumstances.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular response time.

Where reasonably practicable, we will work to restore affected functionality and communicate significant disruptions.

Any remedies available to customers under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

The Website may use or link to services operated by third parties.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

FATELUMI is not responsible for the independent content or conduct of unrelated external websites merely because they are linked from the Website.

However, this provision does not remove responsibilities that FATELUMI has under applicable law for the Services it provides.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious misuse, unlawful activity, fraud, security threats, or material breaches of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

We may act without advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or security compromise.

You may stop using the Services at any time and request assistance with account closure.

The handling of personal information following closure is described in our Privacy Policy.

Any existing payment obligations, accrued rights, and provisions intended to survive termination will continue only to the extent legally applicable.

FATELUMI provides interpretive digital content for entertainment and reflection.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not make guarantees concerning:

• Future events or outcomes.
• Romantic compatibility or relationship success.
• Financial gain, investment returns, or career advancement.
• The accuracy of symbolic interpretations.
• The absence of AI-generated errors.
• Uninterrupted service availability.
• The suitability of any reading for an individual decision.

These disclaimers must be read together with the consumer protections and other non-excludable rights described in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FATELUMI is not responsible for losses caused solely by a user's decision to treat entertainment or interpretive content as a guaranteed prediction or professional instruction.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms removes any applicable consumer guarantee, statutory remedy, or mandatory right.

Any limitation of liability must be interpreted narrowly and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable consumer protection laws.

These rights may include remedies where services are not supplied with reasonable care and skill or where representations are misleading.

Customers in other jurisdictions may also have mandatory rights that apply despite a contractual choice of law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to mislead users about, or unlawfully restrict, those rights.

We may update the Services or these Terms to reflect changes in functionality, legal requirements, security, or business operations.

The current Terms will be available on the Website with the applicable revision date.

Where a material change affects an existing paid contractual entitlement, we will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by law.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued under applicable law.

If you disagree with revised Terms, you may stop using the Services, subject to any applicable contractual and statutory rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, except where mandatory laws in another jurisdiction apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.

We encourage users to contact support@fatelumi.com to seek an informal resolution of concerns.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a user from exercising a right to approach a competent regulator, court, tribunal, or dispute resolution body where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with applicable purchase terms and referenced policies, constitute the agreement governing use of the Services, subject to applicable law.
